What is the Black Candidate Academy?
The Black Candidate Academy is an immersive 2.5-day training experience designed for aspiring and current Black political candidates.
This is not your typical political training. We center Black identity, culture, and community while giving you the hard skills to run, win, and lead with impact.
You’ll leave with a campaign plan, a digital strategy, a field and fundraising blueprint, and most importantly—a bold vision rooted in legacy.

Just getting started? This Academy will walk you through every step of building a real campaign—from planning and basebuilding to fundraising and digital strategy. You don’t need prior experience—just the courage to lead and the willingness to learn.

Already in office or recently elected? This training will help sharpen your political skills, build stronger teams, and prepare for reelection or future runs. You'll gain tools to grow your base and deepen your community impact.
